I proudly present (and highly recommend) his mama’s heavenly Ricotta Cheese Pie.
Beat 4 egg whites – put aside. (save yolks for mixture below).
1 lb. container of ricotta cheese
½ lb. margarine
2 cups sugar
4 egg yolks
½ cup flour
2 cups milk
Fold in egg whites with 2 tsp. of vanilla.
Pour into two prepared pie crusts.
Bake @ 450 degrees for 10 min.; then lower to 350 degrees for approx. 45-55 minutes.
