Rum/Cinnamon Whipped Cream


1 cup (½ pint) cold heavy cream
3 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon dark rum
½ teaspoon cinnamon


Whip the cream in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. When it starts to thicken, add the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and rum. Continue to whip until it forms stiff peaks. Serve cold.
