Eggnog French Toast

So, you bought the store brand eggnog before you discovered my delicious Nog of the Egg and now you have this carton of “not-bad-but-not-perfect” nog staring you in the face every time you open the fridge.
Is that’s what’s bothering you, Bucky?
Never fear – you can make a pretty darned nummy holiday season breakfast with just a few easy steps.

INGREDIENTS:
Eggnog
Eggs
Bread
Cinnamon

That’s it.
To be specific, you want to add two large eggs and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to each half cup of eggnog you have left.

DIRECTIONS:
Heat up your griddle or frying pan and either grease it with butter, oil or, my personal favorite, drippings from the bacon that you fried to go with it.
While your pan is heating, mix the nog, eggs and cinnamon together with a whisk.
Dunk your bread slices, making sure to coat each side well.
Griddle or fry to golden brown perfection.
