After Thanksgiving Egg Rolls (Turkey)

So…there I was with a fridge full of leftovers after the big turkey feast.
But, I also was armed with egg roll wrappers.
Trust me, your leftovers have never had it so good.

INGREDIENTS:
Leftover turkey, shredded
Leftover stuffing
Leftover green bean casserole
Leftover gravy
Egg Roll Wrappers
Leftover turkey gravy
Oil for deep frying

DIRECTIONS:
Heat your oil to 350 degrees.
Lay your egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, with one corner pointing toward you.
In the center of the wrapper, put down a good heaping tablespoon of stuffing.
On top of that, layer as much turkey as you can get away with.
Finally, one heaping tablespoon of green bean casserole on top.
Moisten the edges of the egg roll wrappers with water.
Fold the corner nearest you over the stuffing.
Next, fold in the two sides.
Finally roll up the egg roll to the last corner. Make sure your edges are sealed.
Fry at 350 until nummy and golden brown.
I heated up leftover turkey gravy for an excellent dipping sauce.
